Material research of furniture linoleum resulted in an innovative cutting
technique. Handcut squares make the material come alive.
The effect is created with a handcut pattern, using a ruler.
Bending the material creates a 3D texture where the top layer of the material is lifted from the paperbacking

Lamps were created for the purpose of showing the cutting technique combined with a lightsource.
Light illuminates the material, highlighting the pattern and it's shadows. These lamps carry the name Drekar, or Dragons in Icelandic due to their texture.
